Mindfulness in Nature

This free taster session at Coombe Abbey Park will give you the opportunity to find out more about what mindfulness is, whilst using the environment around you to facilitate these practises and support your well-being.

This session will be run in conjunction with The Environment and Me (TEaM) who are a Warwickshire Wildlife Trust ecotherapy based project in partnership with Coventry and Warwickshire Mind to provide positive, engaging outdoor experiences for people experiencing poor mental health in Coventry. You will be led in a couple of mindfulness and nature connection practices and skills to help manage stress and enhance well-being through the use of observing nature, being creative in nature and enjoying the outdoors.

Activities will include mindful walking, using the senses, nature awareness, craft making and chatting round the fire over a hot drink.
