Contractors (Camberwell Landscapes) and the Dunsmore team coppiced a defunct hedgerow and replanted with native hedgerow whips (80% hawthorn). The hedge was then stock fenced to protect it from grazing. New hedgerow trees were planted at regular intervals in between existing mature trees to improve future connectivity for bats.
