Roam across a precious slice of the countryside with Dunsmore Living Landscape’s new walking group in support of Mental Health Mates. These walks will be across Coventry, Leamington and Rugby greenspaces.

Through these walks we aim to engage people with the heritage and wildlife on your doorstep as well as providing a safe space for you to walk and talk with no fear of judgement. The first circular walk runs between Hilltop Farm and Hunningham where we’ll get a hot drink at the Hilltop Farm café.

Mental Health Mates is a network of peer support groups, run by people with mental health issues. You do not have to have a diagnosed mental health issue to join our walks – everyone has mental health and we are here for everyone.
